DAPC Wrestling PPV predictions card for AEW Redemption, Sunday July 26 2026 at the Bell Centre in Montreal

AEW Redemption Predictions: Ten Matches in Montreal, and We Want Your Picks

How to Watch AEW Redemption

Our AEW Redemption predictions for the whole card are below, but first the logistics. AEW Redemption takes place Sunday, July 26, 2026, at the Bell Centre in Montreal, Quebec. The main card starts at 7 p.m. ET / 4 p.m. PT, with the Buy-In kicking off an hour earlier at 6 p.m. ET / 3 p.m. PT.

The show streams on HBO Max and Amazon Prime, and is available through MyAEW, YouTube, and traditional PPV providers. The Buy-In is built around a celebration of 80 years of the Rougeau wrestling dynasty, which is about as Montreal as a pre-show gets.

Full card and event details via AEW’s official Redemption preview.

Ten matches, seven of them with something on the line. Here’s the whole card, match by match, with my pick on each one.

1. Juice Robinson & Jay White vs. David Finlay & Clark Connors — Double Chain Match

The Bullet Club offshoot war goes to a Double Chain Match.

I am so happy that Jay White is back and has a spot on a PPV again for the first time in forever. I was not a big fan of The Dogs from the NJPW stuff I watched, but they have been a really fun surprise since their signing with AEW. This one should get pretty ugly and I think Juice as the wildcard to do something crazy and silly should make it an enjoyable watch. To have Switchblade lose in his PPV return match would be pretty shocking.

Predicted Winner: Bang Bang Gang

2. Chris Jericho vs. Tommaso Ciampa — No Holds Barred

No rules, no count-outs, no disqualifications: Jericho and Ciampa settle it No Holds Barred.

This is the sleeper match of the night. Jericho is an amazing entertainer and Ciampa is still one of the best wrestlers going right now. I am not sure where they are going with this one, and the true measure of whether this match will be seen positively or negatively is who wins. If Ciampa wins and the feud ends here satisfyingly, great. If Jericho wins and this is the official return of the Jericho Vortex of waaay too long feuds, not great. I’m gonna be positive on this one.

Predicted Winner: Tommaso Ciampa

3. Kyle Fletcher (c) vs. Bandido — AEW International Championship

Kyle Fletcher’s International Championship reign gets tested by Bandido.

Are you ready for a match between two of AEW’s top rising stars? If so, here is your opportunity to see it. Fletcher only recently won the title and Bandido is already ROH Champion so this is probably cut and dry result-wise.

Predicted Winner: Kyle Fletcher

4. Will Ospreay & Jon Moxley vs. The Young Bucks

Ospreay and Moxley team up against Matt and Nick Jackson in a non-title tag match.

The Ospreay/Death Riders storyline has been the most enjoyable in wrestling for me over the past few months. Does Mox stay true to his word of wanting Ospreay’s improvement? Does Will let Kenny’s words get through to him and realize he’s in a dangerous alliance? Do the Bucks just win because they are more cohesive? CaN tHeY cOeXiSt?! This match outcome has potential to be the most important one for AEW’s next pay-per-view, All In, outside of the main event. I think we see the tenuous relationship end.

Predicted Winner: The Young Bucks

5. Adam Copeland & Christian Cage (c) vs. PAC & Claudio Castagnoli — AEW World Tag Team Championship

Copeland and Cage defend the World Tag Team Titles against PAC and Claudio Castagnoli.

This one really just feels like filler on this card to include the tag champions. I expect this one to be pretty underwhelming from a story perspective, yet still solid wrestling.

Predicted Winner: Cage and Cope

6. Mark Davis (c) vs. Andrade El Ídolo — AEW National Championship

Mark Davis defends the National Championship against Andrade El Ídolo.

Mark Davis has been such an incredible force as of late and Andrade has been on fire since returning to AEW. I am really torn on this outcome. Andrade winning feels right, but is the National Championship beneath him at this point? Also if Davis and Fletcher retain here and at All In and then Ospreay wins All In’s main event all three Aussie Open members will be champions. That doesn’t feel like nothing to me considering Will’s first feud as champion is almost no doubt going to be with the Don Callis family. Still…

Predicted Winner: Andrade El Ídolo

7. Hikaru Shida (c) vs. Maya World — TBS Championship

Hikaru Shida puts the TBS Championship on the line against Maya World.

Maya World is definitely on the rise, but I think Shida is just too big a star to take the belt off now. Not much else to say about this one.

Predicted Winner: Shida

8. Six-Way Ladder Match — AEW International Title Shot

Jack Perry vs. Mike Bailey vs. Komander vs. The Beast Mortos vs. Nick Wayne vs. El Clon, with a future International Championship shot hanging above the ring.

There really haven’t been that many ladder matches in AEW history, much less multi man ones. This is sure to be special with the guys they have in there. Keep an eye on Beast Mortos in this one, that manbeast is going to do something nuts, I can just feel it. It’s such a crapshoot picking winners for these, so I’m just gonna go with my gut.

Predicted Winner: Jack Perry

9. Thekla (c) vs. Willow Nightingale — AEW Women’s World Championship

Thekla defends the Women’s World Championship against Willow Nightingale.

A battle of AEW’s beating heart vs. the toxic venom in its bloodstream. Thekla is on an absolutely legendary run right now, but Willow vs. Mercedes at All In makes way more sense from a story perspective. Especially considering Willow was rumored to be the winner of the Owen tournament before an injury derailed those plans. I could be way off on this one, but I don’t think so.

Predicted Winner: Willow Nightingale

10. Kenny Omega (c) vs. Kevin Knight — AEW World Championship

Omega puts the AEW World Championship on the line against Kevin Knight in the main event slot.

It has been a bit since the main event match has been this predictable. Both predictable in terms of result AND in terms of knowing a slapper is coming. This is the likely match of the night from a wrestling perspective, which is definitely good for the main event.

Predicted Winner: Kenny Omega
